The keys to your infrastructure belong in your hands. AlmaForge runs within your secure perimeter, whether on-prem, cloud, or hybrid. You control where it runs, who can access it, and how identities, audit logs, and session recordings are managed. Your access platform operates without a third-party SaaS dependency, and no telemetry or call-home gives us visibility into your operations.

The Free License covers up to 50 SSH nodes, 3 Kubernetes clusters, 10 applications, and 10 databases in each AlmaForge cluster. One organization and its affiliates may operate up to 3 AlmaForge clusters and authorize up to 10 human users. See the license for the complete terms, including the grace period for temporary overages.

Bots and workload identities are unlimited and do not count toward the 10-human-user limit.

Limits may vary by software version or written offer. Need more Free capacity? Get in touch. We may grant higher limits in writing at no charge when your use case fits.

Enterprise Licensing

With AlmaForge Enterprise, you can keep running the latest version you received for as long as you need it, even when your agreement ends. Your software rights are perpetual. There is no kill switch.

A typical Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) includes a perpetual fallback license. While the agreement is active, you receive maintenance, technical support, and new versions. Renew to continue receiving support, new versions, and bug fixes.

Support Plans

Standard provides business-hours coverage. Premium adds 24×7 coverage for Severity 1 and Severity 2 cases, faster initial responses, and extended lifecycle support.

End of life (EOL) begins when a release leaves standard maintenance and no longer receives routine fixes under Standard support. Premium customers can arrange extended lifecycle support for that release after EOL.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 local time at the primary customer contact's location, excluding local public holidays.

For Premium Severity 1 and Severity 2 cases, work continues 24×7 until the issue is resolved or a reasonable workaround is available.

  • Severity 1: Critical. Loss of production data, complete production failure, or halted business operations, with no reasonable workaround.
  • Severity 2: High. Production use is severely reduced, with a high impact on part of your operations and no reasonable workaround.
  • Severity 3: Normal. Noncritical functionality is impaired, but operations can continue.
  • Severity 4: Low. A usage question, documentation error, feature request, or improvement proposal.

Professional Services

Professional services cover work outside a support case, including complex deployments, custom integrations, architecture reviews, migrations, and training. We scope each engagement to your environment and timeline. Contact us to discuss a project.
